Export Control Notice

Certain Yeamans Machine Shop products are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

These products are intended for sale to qualified government agencies, military organizations, law enforcement agencies, authorized defense contractors, and other eligible customers.

Export, re-export, transfer, or disclosure of certain products, technical data, or documentation may require authorization from the U.S. Government.

Prospective purchasers are responsible for complying with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations.
